  • Coordinate payments to our Mission Movers, vendors, service providers, or medical suppliers when applicable

HOPE & HELP REQUESTS

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee financial assistance.

  • All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as need, medical circumstances, urgency, and available funding at the time of review.

  • Assistance may be provided in full, in part, or not at all, at the sole discretion of The Dax Blattner Foundation.

  • Support is not intended to create an ongoing financial obligation, and repeat requests are not guaranteed.

  • In some cases, funds may be paid directly to our Mission Movers, vendors, service providers, or medical suppliers rather than to individuals.

  • We reserve the right to decline any request or refer families to other resources when appropriate.

We use trusted third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. We are not responsible for issues arising from the use of these third-party services, but we take care in selecting reputable providers.
